THREE INDIVIDUALS INDICTED ON CHILD EXPLOITATION CHARGES

Memphis, TN -David Kustoff, United States Attorney for the Western District of Tennessee, announced today a federal grand jury returned three (3) indictments charging three (3) individuals with various violations of federal criminal law involving the use of minors for the production of child pornography; receipt and possession of child pornography; and travel in interstate commerce for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity with a minor. The indictments resulted from investigations conducted by member agencies of the Memphis Crimes Against Children Task Force - specifically, the FBI, ICE, Shelby County Sheriff's Office, and Memphis Police Department. The individuals charged in the indictments are as follows:

LESLIE EUGENE MOORE, 55 year old Collierville, Tennessee resident: Seven (7) count indictment charging Production of child pornography by use of female minors, ranging in age from seven (7) to eleven (11) years, engaging in sexually explicit conduct; Receipt and Possession of child pornography; and forfeiture allegations. Maximum penalty for Production, not less than 15 years not more than 30 years prison, $250,000 fine, or both; Maximum penalty for Receipt, not less than 5 years not more than 20 years prison, $250,000 fine, or both; Maximum penalty for Possession, not more than 10 years prison, $250,000 fine, or both.

ANDREW JASON LEE, 23 year old Memphis, Tennessee resident: One (1) count indictment charging travel in interstate commerce for the purpose of engaging in sexual activity with a minor. Maximum penalty for violation of this federal criminal statute is not more than 30 years prison, $250,000 fine, or both.

MICHAEL FLOYD BREWER, 34 year old Decaturville, Tennessee resident: One (1) count indictment charging Attempted Possession of child pornography. Maximum penalty for Attempted Possession, not more than 10 years prison, $250,000 fine, or both.
