KIDNAPPER
INDICTED
Memphis,
TN - David Kustoff, United States Attorney for the Western District
of Tennessee, announced today that Binh Lam Ho, age 23, has been indicted
for a kidnapping occurring in Memphis on June 21, 2006.
Binh
Lam Ho faces a maximum of life imprisonment and a fine not to exceed
$500,000.
The case was investigated by the Memphis Police Department and the Federal
Bureau of Investigation, Memphis. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant
United States Attorney Tony Arvin.
